Renoir Lofts Houston

The Renoir Lofts is one of the more impressive condo communities found within the Houston 610 loop and was named after Pierre-Auguste Renoir. Who was an eighteenth century French impressionist revered for his colorful cheery paintings of lovely women and quote “Why shouldn’t art be pretty? There are enough unpleasant things in the world.”

Naming the building after a eighteenth century impressionist is a perfect fit for a building which was a  modern contemporary impression of eighteenth century French architecture by the architect and developer Randall Davis, who got his start and fame with office and warehouse conversions such as the Hogg Palace Lofts and the historic St. Germain Lofts.

Construction on the Renoir Lofts finished and units began selling during early 2000 with the building selling out all 82 units in late 2003.
