Maxxam Property Co. sells Cooper Cameron Building at Westway Park
2/26/2010-Houston Commercial Real Estate Market News: In real estate transaction news Maxxam Property Co. sold the Class A Cooper Cameron Building at Westway Park, located at 4646 W. Sam Houston Parkway, to Potamkin Auto Group for 29.7 million. The nine story building has 210,000 square feet and was constructed in 2001.
